CHOCOLATE CAKE CUT



I made this cake on special request from my husband's beloved. Yesterday he suddenly said "Mother, bikinin donk chocolate cake."
Alhamdulillah supply cocoa powder and dark cooking chocolate in the house is still a lot. 'd Want to make steamed brownies, but cake yg pengen aja make light-light snacks and tea, I finally make a cake cutting aja. Materials cakenya chocolate sponge cake I made using methods which make the sponge hongkong, become light and soft so not really make rapid cakenya full. When posting this recipe I also eat a piece of cake this again ^ _ ^
Wear dark cooking chocolate topping which shaved.

Material:
- 4 egg yolks
- 30 grams of refined sugar
- 1 tsp emulsifier (I use SP)
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- 4 egg whites
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 50 grams of refined sugar
- 60 grams of wheat flour
- 10 grams of cocoa powder
- 10 grams of milk powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 50 grams of margarine, melted and cooled
- ½ teaspoon brown paste
- Buttercream
- 100 g dark cooking chocolate, finely shaved for topping

Method:
- Beat the egg yolks, 30 grams of refined sugar and emulsifier until thick and pale. Enter the liquid milk and vanilla essence. Beat smooth. Set aside.
- Beat the egg whites and salt until fluffy half. Enter the 50 grams of refined sugar gradually while continuing to be whipped until fluffy.
- Enter the beaten egg yolks into beaten egg whites while shaken gently until blended.
- Enter gradually mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder as she sifted and stirred slowly. Enter a chocolate pasta. Mix well.
- Enter the margarine melting little by little while stirring slowly and evenly.
- Pour into the baking pan with margarine and dialas who dioles baking paper. Bake in oven until cooked about 30 minutes (do prick tests).
- After a somewhat cold, remove from pan and remove the paper bread. Put a rack to cool.
- Cut the cake into two parts, topical middle dg buttercream. Oles also dg buttercream top surface. Dg sprinkle shaved dark cooking chocolate. Cut into pieces.

Note:
Dark cooking chocolate shaved with grated cheese at room temperature. If the new chocolate out of the refrigerator, let it first until it reaches room temperature. Brown who shaved in cold and harsh conditions will produce shavings distinguished fragile (easily broken) and small, so not a good appearance.
