Chocolate Layer Cake



Ingredients:
325 gr butter
750 gr cooking chocolate, chopped
600 ml water
3 eggs, beaten
400 gr flour, sifted with 1 1 / 4 teaspoon baking powder
400 gr caster sugar
300 gr powdered sugar
175 ml heavy cream
Decoration:
60 g chocolate, grated to sprinkle on the outskirts of the cake

How to prepare:
 

1. Grease 3 baking bundat size of 23 cm with butter. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C / gas 3. Put 250 g butter, 375 g of chocolate, and a thick mat of water in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted, let cool slightly, then beat together eggs in a bowl.
