This is a chocolate cake that finally meet our taste. I tried so many recipes before and they were mostly too sweet for us. So I tried and tweaked various recipes into this one.

MATERIALS:

- 300 g flour - 50 g cocoa powder - 200 g butter - 1 teaspoon backing powder
- 4 eggs - 250 ml of fresh liquid milk - 300 g sugar

3. Chocolate spread
300 g Bitter Schokolade (Chocolate cook who concentrated) - 250 ml Sauer Sahne (Sour Creme / sour cream)

HOW TO MAKE:

2. Cookie dough: Mix flour, cocoa powder and backing powder, set aside. Beat butter and sugar until blended. Add eggs one at a time until fluffy. Then enter vanilli. Enter the flour mixture alternately with liquid milk gradually while continue with a mean shake.
Insert half a cake batter into pan. Combine remaining cake mix with chocolate sauce and stir well. Then plug it into the pan on top of the first batter.
Bake for about 50 minutes until cooked. Lift, remove from pan and chill.
